Using Newton Assistance
Newton Assistance provides tools to document scam incidents, organize evidence, communicate with our team, and follow case updates. Creating an account means you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
Your account and submissions
Provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and submit only material you are authorized to share. Do not upload malicious files or impersonate someone else. Never submit passwords, seed phrases, private keys, or authentication codes.
Case outcomes and directory names
Case submission does not guarantee investigation, legal representation, recovery, or a particular result. Newton Assistance does not claim government affiliation. Directory listings are names maintained by our team; they are not proof of professional licensing or a legal engagement.
Amounts and payments
Claimed loss amounts are user reports. Documentary recovery outcomes require separate supporting evidence and team review. Neither creates a wallet or proof that this platform holds funds. Live withdrawals and financial transfers are not enabled. Never pay to unlock recovered funds.
Availability and account access
Access may be restricted to address abuse or protect account and case information. Features may change, and service availability is not guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important evidence.
